Rosélys pays tribute to Montreal with the rose and lily found on the city's flag, symbolizing the blend of English and French cultures. The cuisine is inspired by all four seasons, featuring fresh, local products. The hotel maintains a rooftop garden with seven bee hives which are used in some of the dishes and cocktails and are sold in the Marché Artisans specialty food shop. Rosélys offers a sophisticated, art deco bistro design with a superb view of the Marie-Reine-du-Monde Cathedral. On weekends, both brunch and afternoon tea service are popular.
