Rosélys pays tribute to Montreal with the rose and lily found on the city's flag, symbolizing the blend of English and French cultures. The cuisine is inspired by all four seasons, featuring fresh, local products. The hotel maintains a rooftop garden with seven bee hives which are used in some of the dishes and cocktails and are sold in the Marché Artisans specialty food shop. Rosélys offers a sophisticated, art deco bistro design with a superb view of the Marie-Reine-du-Monde Cathedral. On weekends, both brunch and afternoon tea service are popular. If you book a table and the timing works, consider the guided art tour at the hotel (booked separately). This 90-minute journey through the hotel's 21 floors showcases a collection of 123 works by 37 talented artists from Québec and Canada, making for a delightful combination of art and dining.
