The hotel's main dining room, Lido Restaurant, retains its original name from when the hotel first opened in 1930 as a members-only club. This space, once the hotel's fabled ballroom for parties, is now led by Executive Chef Marco Calenzo, who specializes in Italian coastal cuisine. The menu features decadent pastas, grilled fish, and steak. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining, with the ocean-facing Lido Terrace overlooking one of the hotel's three outdoor pools. Guests can enjoy meals throughout the day, from breakfast and lunch on the terrace to dinner. The space has a storied history, having hosted illustrious guests such as Elizabeth Taylor, Dean Martin, and Winston Churchill at The Surf Club.
