Quinto features both an indoor dining area and a lush outdoor terrace overlooking the Miami skyline. Quinto La Huella is the second location of Chef José Ignacio's renowned Uruguayan restaurant. Almost everything on the menu is cooked using a wood-fired parrilla (grill) and oven. Be sure to try the smashed potatoes, prepared in the traditional Uruguayan style: grilled over the fire and smashed just before serving to retain the vegetable's natural texture.
