This resort embodies the "luxury of wellness" featuring a two-story state-of-the-art gym, four pools, and access to the beach's miles-long paved walking and running paths. The Carillon's 70,000-square-foot Spa and Wellness facility offers traditional Western medicine and holistic healing Eastern practices with a thermal circuit, which includes a Finnish sauna, crystal steam room, herbal laconium, igloo shower, and hydrotherapy tub. Guests can enjoy a variety of exercise classes and wellness workshops, including rock climbing on the two-story indoor climbing wall. The spa recently introduced 'Touchless Wellness' treatments, allowing guests to experience red light therapy pods, an infrared sauna with halotherapy, and vibrational sound therapy rooms individually.
