Argentine hotelier Alan Faena enlisted the help of 'Moulin Rouge' director Baz Luhrmann and his wife, Oscar-winning costume and production designer Catherine Martin, to transform this 1940s property into a Hollywood-inspired retreat. Tierra Santa Healing House, meaning "holy land" in Spanish, serves as a sanctuary with a variety of luxurious amenities, including a large hammam and a marble Ice Parlor, which uses the power of ice and air to strengthen the immune system. With a focus on the Healing Arts, Tierra Santa offers a refreshing change from typical spa offerings, providing Sound Bowl Vibrations, preventative medicine, and holistic therapies.
