Located on the 31st floor, Louix Louis offers a blend of French and American cuisine with a luxurious twist. The dramatic dining room, adorned in gleaming gold, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as the Royal Brunch on weekends. Regardless of when you visit, make sure to save room for dessert: the Instagram-famous thirteen-layer chocolate cake is as indulgent and impressive as it looks. The design is stunning and pays homage to Toronto's historic distillery district, making you feel as if you're inside a glass of whiskey. The ceiling mural, titled "Bouquet of Whisky," is painted by local artist Madison van Rijn. Inspired by a glass of Canadian whisky, it features a blend of brown and cream-hued swirls. The Grand Bar's design is exceptional: a two-story space inspired by the iconic cocktail parlors of New York and Paris, featuring over 500 bottles of dark liquor.
