The Lobby

"Ace is for everyone" is one of the hotel's core pillars, perfectly reflected from the moment you step into this newly constructed hotel that feels like it has always been a part of the neighbourhood's history. The floating lobby, a community space, is distinctive with its suspension from huge concrete arches. These arches begin outside the building and continue inside, where the structural concrete and steel arches support the elevated lobby area via rods. The raw concrete and metal are balanced with vintage-inspired furniture and art by local artists throughout the property creating an inviting space filled with locals and city guests. The lobby bar serves coffee and pastries in the morning from a local coffee joint and offers craft cocktails, wine, beer, and light fare in the evening.
